Christopher Moody

Mr. Christopher Campbell Moody, age 62 of Hartwell, Ga., passed away on January 10, 2025 at home.

He was born on February 10, 1962 in Johnson City, TN to the late Warren Eugene and Sandra Campbell Moody. He was a 1981 graduate of Sullivan South High School, Kingsport, TN. He had a successful career in restaurant operations management and the hospitality industry. He enjoyed disc golf, he was universally popular, fun loving and a friend to all. Chris was an avid fisherman, and a huge sports fan and a devout Tennessee Volunteer and NASCAR fan.

Left to cherish his memory are; daughter, Reagan Moody of Appalachia, VA, brother, Sean Moody of Hartwell, GA., Steve Moody and his wife Kristi of Cornelius, NC, aunts Candy Bryant of Johnson City, TN, and Sharon Wrenn, uncle Jerry Moody of Ringgold, GA., numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and beloved friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

The family has chosen cremation and no services will be held at this time.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
