Douglas Haney

Mr. Douglas Mason Haney, age 75 of Hartwell, passed away peacefully Saturday June 10, 2023 at Piedmont Athens Regional.

He was born in Anderson SC on February 16, 1948. He was a retired heavy equipment operator in the construction industry. He enjoyed time with family and especially his grandchildren.

Left to cherish his memories; Children, Angie Haney of Elberton and Tammy Haney of Hartwell GA; Grandchildren, Cale Lewis (Holly), Dakota Smith, Barry Smith; Great Grandchildren, Addie, Brooklyn, Landon, Keirden, and Keelan. His sisters Joyce Pulley and Barbara Pulley both of Graycourt, SC Special friends, Benson Freeman and Debi and Barney Johnson.

He is preceded in death by his parents Eddie B Eskew and Lizzy Mae Eaton Eskew; Brothers William Haney and James Haney, Sisters; Ruby Looney and Joann Brown.

According to Mr. Haney's wishes, he will be cremated with no memorial service scheduled at this time.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
