Gladys La'Faye Harris

Gladys La'Faye Cooper Harris, from Pelzer SC, left this world suddenly on Aug 26, 2024 in Bowman Georgia where she lived. 

Faye's story began on November 4, 1966, the twin of Gayla Cooper. They were born in Greenville SC to Harold and Sara Cooper. After graduating from Palmetto High School, Faye went off to cosmetology school to chase her dreams. Faye loved and lived life to the fullest. She enjoyed drawing, crafts, traveling and taking care of animals.

Faye is preceded by her parents and her beloved siblings, Bobby, Denise and Gayla Cooper.

Faye is survived by her life companion Jerry Williams of Hartwell Ga and her step children Brittany Williams and Dustin Williams of Gainesville Ga. Her sister Amelia Lisa Cooper (Tracy and Austin Ray) of West Pelzer SC, Niece and Nephews, Travis Davis (Cynthia and Sara Mae) of Pelzer SC, Gayla Baker (Jonathan, Avah, Daisy and Jay Jon) of Warner Robins Ga, Jesse Burgess (Wyatt) of Piedmont SC, Shawna Knight (Shun, EJ and Paris) of Honea Path SC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made in loving memory of Gladys La'Faye to an animal shelter of your choice. 

There will be a service at a later date for those who would like to say their last goodbyes to Faye.
