James Harvey

Mr. James Earl Harvey, age 79 of Dovetown Road in Royston, Ga., passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

He was born December 13, 1944 in Greenwood, SC to the late James Earl Harvey and Earline Mobley Harvey. He was a piano technician and was very talented musician, playing the piano and organ as well as being a vocalist. He was a Methodist by faith. 

Left to cherish his memories are; his daughters, LeEllen Chandler and Rebecca Harvey. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Karen Ridgeway Harvey along with two infant daughters.

The family has chosen cremation and will host a memorial at a later time.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
