James Ralph Lunsford
Mr. James Ralph Lunsford, age 79 of Hartwell, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at Nancy Hart Nursing Center.
He was born on March 10, 1942 in Elberton to the late Mell Lunsford and Kathleen Taylor Lunsford. He was a retired journeyman welder in the manufacturing industry and proudly served his country in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by; his companion for over 55 years, Edna Stone, siblings, Horace Lunsford, Roberta Isom, Carol Hill and Sandra Whiting along with his friends, Charlie and Jackie Dodson. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Richard Lunsford.
In accordance with his wishes, he was cremated and no formal services will be held.
Arrangements are under the care of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
