Mr. James Henry O'Neill, age 83 of Hartwell, Georgia, passed away on June 5, 2024 at St. Mary's Hospital in Athens.
He was born on November 27, 1940 to the late Catherine O'Neill. He was a retired roofer in the construction business and also served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his wife, Kathleen O'Neill of Hartwell.
Mr. O'Neill wished to be cremated and no memorial service planned at this time.
