Jeff Baker

Mr. Jeffrey "Jeff" Scott Baker, age 57 of Mt. Olivet Road in Hartwell, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at his home.

He was born on October 24, 1965 in Hartwell. Jeff was a Quality Control Engineer with Greif Corporation. He loved hunting and fishing and he was a member of Reed Creek Baptist Church.

Left to cherish his memories are; his mother, Betty Ann Scott Baker of Hartwell, Ga., children, Abie Baker of Athens, Ga., and John Baker of Hartwell, Ga., sister, Jeannie Baker-Rowland of Hartwell, Ga., and his nephew, Blake Rowland. He was preceded in death by his father, John Donald "Donnie" Baker and daughter, Morgan Baker.

The family of Jeff Baker will hold a visitation on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 1-2 p.m. at the funeral home. Cremation will follow and no formal service will be held at this time.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorials to Reed Creek Baptist Church, 116 Boleman Hill Road, Hartwell, Ga., 30643 in memory of Jeff Baker.  

Family members will be at their respective homes.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
