Joyce Elaine Grant

Joyce Elaine (Goehring) Grant, age 90 of Hartwell, passed away peacefully on Thursday August 1, 2024 at her home.

 She was born on June 13, 1934 in Bellwood Pennsylvania to the late Levi Goehring and Hazel Goehring. She attended Kings College and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church. She loved playing the piano, she was a volunteer with Hart Life and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a homemaker and caregiver. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, her spouse, Thomas Grant and her sister Phyllis Goehring. 

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Cindy Haueisen of Hartwell GA, Tim Grant of Floyd VA, and Jeff Grant of Macungie, PA, her seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren. 

A Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 11:00 am at Nancy Hart Memorial Park with Reverend Andy Buchanan officiating.
