Mrs. Linda Jean Rose Wunschel, age 73 of Anderson, S.C., passed away on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at St. Mary's Sacred Heart Hospital following a sudden illness.
She was born on October 16, 1947 in Orlando, FL to the late Donald Rose and Anna Morris Gillian. She was retired from health care and attended Hartwell First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by; daughter, Brenda Dooley of Anderson, S.C., son, David Rugg of Rhode Island and a sister, Laurie Rose of Hartwell, Ga. Five grandchildren also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Thomas G. Wumschel.
It was her wishes to be cremated and no formal service will be held.
The family has entrusted Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell to arrange her services.
