Margreat Ann Jones

Ms. Margreat Ann Jones, age 76 of Anderson, S.C., passed away peacefully on January15, 2025 at AnMed Health.

She was born on October 1, 1948 to the late Henry Jones and Clotee Hester Jones. Margreat worked in home health a number of years and enjoyed spending time with her family and cooking. She was of the Baptist faith.

Left to cherish her memory are; children, Alfred (Chiquetta) Jones of Anderson, S.C., Shelby Thomas of Hartwell, Ga., and Termantrio Jones of Anderson, S.C. Ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren survive. Sister Patricia Jones of Hartwell. She was preceded to the grave by her parents, siblings, Dorothy Scott, Marlene Jones, Loretta Martin, Jimmy Jones, Henry Jones, Jr., Willie Jones, Nelson Jones and Roger Jones.

Funeral services for Margreat Ann Jones will be held on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at Eleven in the morning from the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. She will be laid to rests at Holly Springs Baptist Church Cemetery in Bowman.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 10-11 just prior to the funeral service.

Family members are at their respective homes.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
