Mary Jones

Mrs. Mary Ann Outz Jones, age 79 of Canon, Ga., wife of William Ray Jones, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 at her home. She was a native of Beaver Dam Community in Townville, S.C., and was the daughter of the late C.F. and Georgia Walters Outz. She graduated from Townville High School and was a member of Townville Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to her husband of 42 years, is one daughter, Cindy Hinton (Russell) of Inman, S.C., one step-son, Bryan Jones of Arden, N.C., two grandchildren, Savannah McCall (Ryan) of Iva, S.C., Katelyn Gray (Seth) of Starr, S.C. Three great-grandchildren, Alli, Aubree and Jax. She was preceded in death by one brother, Lane Walter Outz of Townville, S.C. and two daughters, Beverly Pearson and Susie Dimsdale.

Pallbearers will be Ryan McCall, Russell Hinton, Seth Gray, Bryan Jones, Matt McCall and Cody McCall.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Two o'clock p.m. from the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell. Rev. Jerry Gray will officiate. Burial will follow at Townville Baptist Church Cemetery in Townville, S.C.

The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon 12-2 just prior to the service at the funeral home.. The family will be at the home.

Coile and Hall Funeral Directors in Hartwell will be serving the Jones family.
