Michael Francis Johnston Jr.

Mr. Michael Francis Johnston Jr, age 50 of Lavonia, Ga., passed away December 23, 2024 at Piedmont-Athens Regional in Athens Ga. He was born on November 29, 1974  in Waterbury CT to Michael Francis Johnston Sr and Deborah Kay Nystrom Crary. He was a pastry chef at Ingles. He was a talented artist, cake decorator and designer.

Left to cherish his memory are his parents Michael Francis Johnston Sr. and Deborah Kay Crary, and sibling, Jamie Ryan Johnston (Zena) of Black Island RI. 

His wishes were to be cremated and no service is planned at this  time. 

Services  have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors and Crematory, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
