Mr. Monte Victor Williford, age 67 of Liberty Hill Road in Hartwell passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Monday, November 22, 2021.
He was born on November 14, 1954 in Rockwood, TN to the late Robert Williford and Fern Adelle Sparks Williford. He was in telecommunication and was owner of Cell Management Systems, Inc., for over twenty years. Monte loved to golf and was a member of Catteechee Golf Club, Sheriff's Association, VFW and a Mason. He was a Methodist by faith. Monte proudly served his country in the U.S. Air Force.
Left to cherish his memories are; his wife, Barbara Gail Porterfield Williford, daughters, Chasta Knuettel of Louisville, KY and Katelyn Adelle Davis of Anderson, S.C., sisters, Penny Owens of TN and Millie Unger of OH., grandchildren, Cody Knuetell, Caleb Knuetell and Madison Adelle Davis.
A celebration of life service will be held on Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Three o'clock in the chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home and the family will be at the home, 609 Liberty Hill Road in Hartwell.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
