Nellie Joe Hill Curry

Mrs. Nellie Curry age 76 of Anderson, S.C., passed away on Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Achieve SNF Anderson, SC. She was born in Royston Georgia to Sally R.V Hill. She was a member of Harmony Grove Baptist Church and loved all sports, reading her Bible, gardening and baking cakes. She was formerly employed with Johnson & Johnson.

She was preceded in death by her husband Tommy Elbert Curry, sons, Danny T. Curry and Tommy Eric Curry, and her brother in law Lewis Craft .

Left to cherish her memory are her children; Cheryl Curry of Anderson South Carolina, Sandra (Richard) Nwaimo of Lavonia Georgia, and Andre (Renae) Curry of Augusta Georgia. Her siblings; Sylvia Craft of Royston Georgia and Bessie Hill of Canon Georgia, 10 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. 

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 11, 2024 from 5:00-7:30 pm at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors. Funeral Service will be Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 2:00pm at Coile and Hall Funeral Directors Chapel. Burial will be at Harmony Grove Baptist Church.
