Scott Eric Mayes

Mr. Scott Eric Mayes, age 65 of Griffin Road in Lavonia, Georgia passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, November 6, 2024

Scott was a native of Gastonia, N.C., and owned a temporary service. He was a N.C. Tarheels fan and the Georgia Bulldogs, he loved NASCAR and going on cruises with his daughters. He was of the Catholic faith.

Left to cherish his memories are; daughters, Scarlett (Raleigh) Fulghum of Lavonia, Ga., and Tara Mayes of Clarkesville, Ga., siblings, Stephen (Belinda) Mayes and Kevin (Christina) Mayes, grandchildren, Jackson and Sadie Fulghum and Oliver Mayes.

To honor his request Scott was cremated and no formal service will be held at this time.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
