Scotty Bailey

Mr. Gregory Scott (Scotty) Bailey, age 55 of Hartwell, Ga., passed away on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at M.D. Anderson Hospital in Houston, TX

Scotty was born on October 30, 1968 in Royston Ga., to Jimmy Crittendon and Audrey Weaver Bryan. He is survived by  his wife Wanda Cartee Bailey, his children Garrett Bailey (Kristen), Dillon Bailey (Kimberly McCall) all of Hartwell. One Grandchild Wren Bailey, Siblings, Dale Greenway of Carnesville, and Melody Housley of Lavonia. 

He was preceded in death by his Parents and Grandparents. 

Scotty was self employed. He enjoyed Fishing, Hunting, Traveling, spending time with family and friends. He was always willing to witness about his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to other people.. He attended Price Chapel Church of God.

Funeral services celebrating Scotty's life will be held on Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Three o'clock from Price Chapel Church of God. Burial will be at Memorial Garden of Prayer.

The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:30-3:00 just prior to the service at the church. The family will be at the home, 73 Ponderosa Court in Hartwell.   

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Price Chapel Church of God Family Life Center fund.

Services have been entrusted to Coile and Hall Funeral Directors, 333 E. Johnson Street in Hartwell.
