Sonya Turner

Ms. Sonya Gail Turner, age 60 of Dewy Rose, Ga., passed away Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at AnMed Health Medical Center.

Born on January 11, 1962 in Augusta, GA to the late Raymond Chavous Jr. and Glenda Woodward. Ms. Turner enjoyed going to the beach, shopping, dancing, gardening and having her family all together.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

Ms. Sonya Turner is survived by her children, Stephanie and Keith Doster of Beaufort, SC, Cory Shelton of Hartwell, GA, and Amber Ramsey also of Hartwell, GA. Siblings, Michele Adams and Keith Norris. 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

In accordance to her wishes, Ms. Turner will be cremated and a memorial service will be held Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at 10:00am in the Chapel of Coile and Hall Funeral Directors.
